ABOUT OUR MISSION

WE ARE WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR SOCIETY

JBP Foundation is a non-profit organization officially registered with the Government of India's NGO Portal, various sections of the Income Tax Authority of India, and the Registrar of Assurance in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

The organization is managed by a team of highly experienced professionals dedicated to upholding all legal provisions and international ethical standards for social welfare.

Our core mission is to provide financial assistance to academically gifted students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, enabling them to complete their education. We believe that even modest financial support can transform these individuals into valuable human assets for our society, thereby alleviating poverty and contributing to broader societal benefit .

To achieve this, we maintain an organizational pooled collection account, supported by contributions from benevolent members of our community. We receive applications for financial aid from brilliant students from impoverished backgrounds attending government schools and colleges. Funds from this account are then distributed to eligible applicants according to our established guidelines.

Through this impactful and unique initiative, we have achieved significant positive social impact within a short timeframe.

Our Vision

To search out such brilliant students from all over India and assist them for finding jobs, provide online counseling, including financial assistance, so that their families can escape the clutches of poverty and can be protacted such students as the human assets of our nation.

Our Mission

Since our rural India poverty is above 10% and school's dropout ratio is alarming on account of financial problems. Those families can not bear school / colleges expenses of their children despite of brilliant student. We are contributing 1-2% of our income for such brilliant students to provide them financial support so that they can complete their education and after his service not only such families will come out from acute poverty state but our nation will get good Human Resources too.

Highly Appreciable Features of This Mission

Ensuring transparency, discipline and social responsibility

We have created such financial discipline that any amount above ₹10,000/- for subjected students cannot be approved without our Management Board Members. However, any single transaction below ₹10,000/- can be considered by our routine functioning team.

All kinds of expenses are borne by our Chief Trustee except interest charged by the bank on our overdraft limit and any statutory or legal charges. Our Lucknow-based CA, M/S Nikhil Kumar Associates, never charges us for their wonderful services, which is purely part of their social service.

Many Advocates are our members who never charge any fee for their services. Our wonderful members “JBPANS” are contributing regularly for this noble cause, ensuring there is no shortage of funds for distributions. Other activities are managed by the Board of Trustees.

We are thankful to our Management Team, CA, Advocates and all our Members (JBPANS) who are part of this unique initiative and have made it possible for many struggling families to educate their extraordinary children despite financial difficulties. With this wonderful idea, we are proudly serving our nation on moral and social grounds.

OUR GUIDELINES

Student Financial Support Policy

Helping brilliant students continue their education with dignity.

We understand that education up to high school is free in Government Schools/Colleges of every state. However, challenges begin from intermediate stage for dress, shoes, fees, books and stationery. The approximate expense is ₹9,500/-, which is difficult for financially struggling families. Therefore, our organization initially provided ₹10,000/- and now increased it to ₹12,000/- subject to the following terms and conditions:

Merit Based Student Support

Students scoring at least 80% in high school and future annual exams, with family income not exceeding ₹100,000 per year.

Orphan Student Support

Students whose earning parent has passed away and scored at least 70% with family income below ₹1,00,000 per year.

Professional Course Support

The same criteria apply for ITI, Polytechnic, and Professional Courses (Doctors, Engineers, IIT etc.), except PhD. Based on our recommendations, Vishwa Prakash Foundation sponsors deserving candidates.

Interview & Competition Support

We provide travel fare, boarding & lodging for job interviews subject to submission of call letter and annual income certificate proof.

Topper Awards

Class toppers in Government schools/colleges are awarded with₹1,100 during motivational programs on our Foundation Day every year.

Rules & Regulations

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to modify these rules at any time. This assistance cannot be claimed as a matter of right.
