JBP Foundation was founded by Mr S. N. Sharma on 20-12-2018 to honour the memories of his parents and brother – Late Sh. Jhanhu Ram Sharma, Sh. Barjeet Kumar Sharma and Smt Phoola Devi Sharma.
Initially, the organisation supported brilliant students of extremely poor backgrounds through contributions of his family members only. Over time, the initiative attracted financially sound & generous individuals and expanded into a social mission supporting students across India.
Today the foundation acts as a lifeline for financially struggling students and aims to empower families through education and other opportunities.
Chief Advisor Mr. Prem Chand Sharma is a Padmshree Awardee for Agriculture initiatives. During Award Distribution event both brothers Mr. S. N. Sharma and Mr. Prem Chand Sharma were invited by GOI in Rashtrpati Bhawan. Since, they are having sufficient land in their village, so they proposed to establish JBP Agriculture University on their land for the benefit of remote villagers’ children. They discussed that proposal with top officials of GOI and Niti Ayog, who advised them to route their proposal through state government of Uttarakhand with their recommendations . They submitted to Government of Uttarakhand but not moved on . Therefore, they dropped that idea forever and a good project could not come in existence.
JBP Foundation now plans to establish a world-class competitive examination coaching centre along with a naturopathic health centre. These facilities will provide services at affordable prices for our society on the basis of no profit, no loss.
Students from extremely poor families will receive free coaching and support so that they can prepare for higher competitive examinations and build successful careers.
To turn this dream into reality, we are actively seeking CSR funding, charitable contributions, and support from responsible institutions and individuals.
Let us work together to create a brighter future for our society.
