Initially, Mr. S. N. Sharma, during his Bank Service retirement days in December-2018, formed this mission with the concept of a joint family members, because his parents were already doing such social welfare activities at their village level and eldest member of the family, Mr. Prem Chand Sharma (Padma Shree Awardee), was appointed as the convener of this mission.

Over time, Mr. S. B. Varshney, Mr. Ashok Kumar Kulshrestha, and Ms. Geeta Dutt Pandey also joined in and decided to contribute on monthly basis. Since then, the organization's doors have been opened to all financially capable families, while all these three members were Officers of our peer bank “Bank of India”.

Afterwards,Mr. J. R. Joshi, senior PCS Police Officer of Uttarakhand and Mr. S. R. Sharma Senior Bank Official of Foreign Bank, joined this organisation and created the roadmap of better planning for future .

Now, JBP Foundation, in collaboration with its noble members, (JBPANS) is making difference on national surface on account of its dedicated team for building of “Human Resources” from acute poor backgrounds for our country through a unique connect of patriotism that doesn’t require specific attire.
